Screening exercise for Direct entry candidates will hold on Saturday,
August 30 2014
METHOD OF APPLICATION
A) Eligible candidates should pay the sum of 2000 Naira. at any
branch of the following banks nationwide
FUTO microfinance Bank
First bank Nigeria
Diamond Bank
UBA plc
keystone Bank
Mainstreet Bank.
Candidates should collect an e-Tranzact slip from the bank and
proceed to complete the registration from with the e-Tranzact receipt
number and pin at www.futo.Edu.ng .
i) click on post nutmeg online form and follow the instructions
carefully
ii) print the completed online registration form
APPLICATION DEADLINE
17th – 31st July 2014
CANDIDATES FOR THE SCREENING SHOULD COME WITH
i) HB pencil, eraser and sharpener
ii) Two clear copies of the print out of the completed on-line
registration
iii) UTME Result slip and photocopy(you are advised to get the one
that bears your photograph, if you don’t have this ,click here to get
yours)
iv) e-tranzact payment slip used for registration
